CNC parts processing

CNC machining usually refers to computer digital control precision machining, CNC machining lathe, CNC machining milling machine, CNC machining boring and milling machine, etc. CNC precision machining integrates industry resources and reduces costs by processing rough materials such as casting, forging, powder metallurgy and extruded profiles.

The machining method of the surface of CNC machined parts first depends on the technical requirements of the machined surface. However, it should be noted that these technical requirements are not necessarily the requirements specified in the part drawing, and sometimes they may be higher than the requirements on the part drawing due to process reasons. For example, the machining requirements for the surface of some CNC machined parts are improved due to the non coincidence of datum. Or because it is used as a precision benchmark, it may put forward higher processing requirements.

The machining method of the surface of CNC machined parts first depends on the technical requirements of the machined surface. However, it should be noted that these technical requirements are not necessarily the requirements specified in the part drawing, and sometimes they may be higher than the requirements on the part drawing due to process reasons. If the addition to the surface of some CNC machined parts is increased due to the non coincidence of the datum, the following factors should be considered when selecting the machining method:

1. The machining accuracy and surface roughness that can be obtained by any CNC machining method have a considerable range, but it is economical only in a narrow range. The machining accuracy of this range is the economic machining accuracy. Therefore, when selecting the machining method, the corresponding machining method that can obtain economic machining accuracy should be selected.

2. The material properties of CNC machined parts shall be considered.

3. The structural shape and size of CNC machined parts shall be considered.

4. Productivity and economic requirements should be considered. In mass production, high-efficiency advanced technology should be adopted. It can even fundamentally change the manufacturing method of blanks and reduce the amount of labor in machining.
